The Ministry Discernment Profile (MDP)

The PNC completed the MDP, and it went live on the Church Leadership Connection (CLC) site in mid-February.

Transition Process

The Presbyterian Church (USA) has a process for a pastoral transition. The process includes the work of the Nominating Committee, the Presbytery of the James Commission on Ministry, the congregation, the Session, and the Pastor Nominating Committee. Click below for more details.
