A Focus on Mission!

This Sunday, Kelley Connelly, our Director of Urban Engagement preached! In her sermon she focused our attention to the ways that our Walk In Lunch Ministry extends the Eucharist we share at the communion table, sharing God’s love with the world! During the offering, parishioners brought forward canned items needed by Walk In, vegetables and pasta sauce. Further donations of canned vegetables and pasta sauce can be offered beside the community information table in the hallway between the sanctuary and the chapel. Please contact Elva Mapp to volunteer for this incredible offering that our church has provided to anyone who needs lunch every Monday for the last half century. May God continue to walk along side us in this important ministry in downtown Richmond!
