Brunch Bunch

The “new kid on the block” at Second Presbyterian is the Brunch Bunch (formerly titled Second Seniors), a ministry for the chronologically gifted among us, the almost retired or retired. It was organized during summer 2015, and its mission is to provide activities, such as stimulating speakers, field trips, after-worship luncheons at selected restaurants, breakfasts, holiday parties, mid-week luncheons with speakers, and workshops. Sign-up sheets for an event are normally available at the Deacon’s Desk as the event approaches.

Monthly breakfasts are held at McLean’s Restaurant on Broad Street usually on the third Friday, usually beginning around 11:30 am. 

After worship luncheons are scheduled in various area restaurants once a quarter, or more frequently if there is enough demand.
