Christ is Risen! Christ is Risen Indeed!

The congregation gave our creative gifts to the glory of God in celebration of Easter! The children and youth flowered the cross, representing the new life we live through our faith in Christ. The handbell choir rang, the hallelujah chorus sang so beautifully! Children received bibles and read scripture from the pulpit! Easter lilies adorned the sanctuary in memory of loved ones living their eternal lives amidst the divine. The visual choir hung the Easter banners with imagery of Holy Week: the rooster crowing, imagery of new creation, and the words, “Christ is Risen! Christ is Risen indeed!” In God’s image, we are created creators. We give these creative gifts back to the glory of God in worship!
